Pokerist and Kama don’t even bother to assists but replies with excuses, RNG certificate not up to date and confiscated a 1billon chips account without evidence proof, these game is just giving excuses hence to market players to buy chips. The RNG certificate did not renew and the game had been unfairly rigged. At first I do not believe what the pokerist got bad reviewed by others player or customer and when I start to the game, I understood what was happening as this happened to me and my wife however there is no action taken. The Texas poker is more ridiculous, when player in a good sit, the game started to lag and player got rigged hence eventually start to lose every game, and in a table of 9 or 5 person inclusive yourself, you can play up to 20 games without a win 4) casino marketing elite pass: the elite pass marketing mentioned to purchase elite pass of $150 to unlock season rewards of 3.5billon chips however there was no chips provided and the person whom purchased the elite pass hence ownself had to clear the casino quest to to win little game chips, mentioned this issue to customer service but no help provided. 3)the blackjack game dealer can in a roll of 20times winning the player with dealer holding 19,20,21 or blackjack 4 to 5 times in one set game and player getting 12,13,14,16 and when player draws a card, the player will get a picture card to lose the game therefore there is a 0% winning to player, secondly dealer can draw cards up to 7 cards with accumulating of 21 which is totally ridiculous and rigged of game. The RNG certificate did not renew and the pokerist or Kama customer service could not assists in the unfair game, example: I’m getting K n 5 pair and other player getting 6 n 5 pair, the winning was share equally, in the second game with the same opponent he got A and 4 pair and I got 10 n 4pair, the opponent got all the winning, 2nd issues, pokerist ban my wife paying account 1billon becoz she lost her chips in the game and customer service replied as international transfer of chips but did not provide strong evidence stated her transferring of chips.
